• Please complete all fields

• Wolff's Flea Market works with the Village of Rosemont Health Department to determine how your business fits into our market's food needs

• Space is limited for new concessions as returning food sellers maintain their previous spots

• Food vendors with similar or duplicate menus/items to current vendors will be placed on a waiting list

• Note that homemade food is not allowed

• You must first be approved by Wolff's Flea Market before setting up or contacting the Rosemont Health Department

• Other requirements (pre-approval, licensing, insurance, contract, rent, inspection)
